A Few Words About Us
Walnut Creek Stables & Services, LLC is a full-service boarding center on
91 rolling acres located in Southwest Ohio, about 20 miles outside Cincinnati.
Our facilities boast a 25-stall barn, two additional small barns, spacious indoor and two outdoor riding arenas, riding trails, and a cross-country course.
In addition to our boarding services, we host clinics and events.
Brenda Bridge
Stable Manager
Brenda studied Animal Science with an Equine focus at The Ohio State University and completed an associate's degree at Columbus State Community College. Currently, she is working towards a bachelor's degree in Sports Psychology at Franklin University.
Brenda has been involved with horses most of her life, from showing horses for 4H and open shows. While at OSU, she participated on the equine judging team. She has also done breed, as well as hunter/jumper shows.
Brenda has studied under and worked for various trainers such as Cathy Woosley, Terry Myers, Wayne Ackerer, Lindsay Yinger, and Angela Moore. While living in Columbus, Brenda worked for numerous farms including, The Wexner Family Estate as a groom, Eden Park Equestrian Center as assistant manager, and Stealaway as their barn manager.
Brenda aims to use her diversified background and experiences to provide excellent customer service and exceptional care.
Jenny Heckler
CEO
Jenny grew up with an assortment of animals in her life and has always enjoyed them. Owning horses for several years has provided her with many wonderful learning experiences and taught her so much about these beautiful animals.
Professionally, Jenny was employed in the aerospace manufacturing environment for a Cincinnati company for over thirty years. Most of her career was in the Supply Chain division, negotiating, procuring, and delivering hardware and software for commercial and military jet engines. Additionally, she had roles in Compensation, Human Resources, Engineering, Compliance, and Process Improvement.
While working full time, she obtained a Business Management degree at the College of Mount St. Joseph as well as, a Master’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Environmental Management from the University of Findlay.
Jenny's role is to guide and lead our team to provide a quality horse boarding facility by drawing upon my professional and educational experiences.
